CHAPTER 01

A gifting experience supported by complex operations

WishQue is an online gifting platform that connects customers with products, production teams, quality checks and delivery operations. The customer experience may look simple, but each order moves through inventory, payment, preparation, dispatch and final delivery.

Fexcon helped shape a complete software ecosystem rather than a collection of disconnected screens. The work spans a customer-facing website, iOS and Android applications and the operational tools required to manage an order after it is placed.

CHAPTER 02

One platform across commerce and fulfilment

The platform brings product management, inventory, procurement, promotions, rewards, payment processing and reporting into a shared operational foundation. Dedicated dashboards support bakery and floral production, while quality-assurance staff use a mobile workflow to check products before dispatch.

Delivery representatives can manage assigned orders through a purpose-built application, supported by vehicle tracking and route-planning capabilities. Email and SMS notifications keep customers and teams informed as an order progresses.

CHAPTER 03

Built to evolve with the business

A connected architecture gives WishQue a clearer view of the full order lifecycle. Operational information can move between teams without repeated manual entry, and reporting can cover financial, production, order and staff-performance activity.

The platform has continued to evolve as WishQue's services have grown. Fexcon Lanka's work on WishQue was recognised with a Silver Award in the Marketplaces – Consumer category at the National Best Quality Software Awards 2024.

CHAPTER 04

From discovery to the doorstep

The value of the system is the continuity between the customer promise and the work required to fulfil it. Product discovery, secure payment, production, quality checks and delivery become parts of one traceable experience.

That foundation also creates room for new customer experiences such as Quella, WishQue's conversational shopping assistant, while retaining the live product and operational data needed to provide useful answers.

WishQue shows how customer experience and operational software can grow as one connected product.
